I have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Lewis University in Romeoville and have spent 34 years serving this organization in many roles. I have been Executive Director since 2009 and focus on building strong programs, partnerships, and community relationships.

What does working at DuCAP mean to you?
DuCAP is about long-term commitment to the community. I believe in showing up, supporting people, and building programs that make a real difference over time.

Bob Dzurko
Associate Executive Director

I am an accomplished Associate Executive Director with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a strong background in both non-profit and for-profit environments. Drawing on my experience in executive roles within the customer service industry, I focus on operational excellence, building high-performing teams, and cultivating strong client relationships.

What does working at DuCAP mean to you?
I like being the person people come to when a program is getting started. Helping teachers and staff get things set up the right way so things run smoothly is what I do best.

Christopher Billingsley
Community Engagement Director

I serve as the DuCAP Community Engagement Director for the towns of Glendale Heights and Wheaton. Over the years, I’ve worked in education, religious spaces, and community engagement, and I’m passionate about bringing people together and providing resources to those in need.

What does working at DuCAP mean to you?
DuCAP means developing the youth, creating community pride of ownership, and building generations.

Michelle Smith
Sr. Community Engagement Director
Family Since: May, 2022
I come into organizations to provide interactive training and coaching for staff and volunteers, helping them stay engaged, invested, and effective. After decades of serving my community and experiencing burnout myself, I learned the importance of bringing fun into everyday tasks and working smarter, not harder. It’s now my mission to help others who love to serve do the same.

What does working at DuCAP mean to you?
Teens are amazing and do so many great things in this world, but not everyone realizes that. I feel blessed to be surrounded by bright teens who love to serve and the adults who mentor them. I love being able to use my God-given talents and connections to guide and lead our volunteers so they can make an even bigger impact in their communities.

Shantina Boyd
Community Engagement Assistant
Family Since: September, 2025
I am a member of the local Bolingbrook and Romeoville community and have been involved in youth outreach since 2018. My purpose-driven desire is to connect youth and adults to local volunteer opportunities, especially when challenges are experienced firsthand within our own neighborhoods.

What does working at DuCAP mean to you?
I appreciate that each DuCAP town is an intergenerational community that cultivates leaders. Teens are empowered to lead, while adults are able to serve youth using their professional skills. Teens are given space to be creative and responsible, with adult support to ask questions and be held accountable.

I enjoy a good sweet treat with coffee, live experiences, and a PBS-WTTW show or documentary binge.

Myeisha McClinton
Marketing Assistant
Family Since: September, 2025
I’m a creative professional who enjoys living in an authentic way and using storytelling and marketing to bring ideas to life. After six years in healthcare, I took a leap of faith to follow what truly feels aligned. I don’t believe people should feel like they’re doing “homework,” and I believe in feeding the soul by giving to others.

What does working at DuCAP mean to you?
Youth aren’t the future, they’re the right now. I believe in creating spaces where teens feel seen, supported, and trusted to lead in the moment, not later. Being part of work that pours into youth and community at the same time is what keeps me aligned and inspired.
