LEADERSHIP GROUPS

Building Skills Through Community Action

Our Leadership Groups create space for teens and adults to get involved, build skills, and contribute to the communities they live in.

At DuCAP, leadership isn’t about titles or positions. It’s about participation, shared responsibility, and being present. Our groups support teen lead efforts by connecting people, ideas, and resources to move community work forward. Through hands-on involvement and collaboration, participants gain experience, confidence, and practical skills while helping strengthen local programs and initiatives.

TEEN LEADERSHIP GROUP

  • Middle and High Schoolers welcome 

  • Teen-driven and adult-supported​

  • Supports school and community efforts

ADULT LEADERSHIP GROUP

A space for adults to support teen-driven efforts through guidance, collaboration, and involvement.

  • supportive and collaborative roles

  • flexible ways to contribute

  • Background checks may be required for some roles
